I booked through agoda a couple of weeks before arriving, but the receptionist told me they were full. Why offer online booking if there's no room when you get there? They sent me to their other branch, Lea Phing Inn, about 20 minutes away, which made my trip very inconvenient. Think carefully before staying here.

I booked a room through Agoda after seeing three rooms available, and received the booking ID by email as usual. At check-in, the counter staff suddenly told me every room was full. The service was extremely poor.

The price is good, the service is great, and the location works really well if you're travelling by bus. Farley and a restaurant are close by. The ceiling needs proper maintenance, though.

It was good, though the hotel needs improvement.

A decent place, near Farley, the bus terminal, and a food court.
