I’ve stayed here on visits to Bintulu and it’s become my go-to. The buffet was excellent, both at breakfast and light lunch. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the room interiors looked top-notch, like ones I’ve seen in China, at an affordable price.

There isn’t much nearby, and on the 7th floor I could hear a steady air-conditioning hum at night, which might bother light sleepers. The room itself was small but clean, cosy, and equipped for a short stay. Wi-Fi was decent, though not very fast. The breakfast selection is great for the price, worth an extra star.

The room felt a bit small with a king-size bed, but it was acceptable. It had a small fridge, iron and ironing board, plenty of outlets, and a TV in a strange spot. Breakfast is the standout, with lots of options and better than at most hotels in Bintulu and Miri, including Parkcity, Mega, and Imperial. It’s worth bundling it with the room.

I spent 5 days and 4 nights here for work. The room was cosy, clean, and fine, and the food was good. Housekeeping was friendly and helpful. There’s a Cuckoo water filter by the nearest lift if you want hot water.
