The room and bathroom were clean, and the hospitality was good. I had a great experience meeting people from other countries. You can refill your tumblr, and the place is in the city center, close to the twin tower and restaurants. The price is good too. I hope I can return to malaysia after covid ends.

We didn't feel safe here, and our needs were ignored. I definitely wouldn't recommend this hostel. The only thing that earned a star was the clean bathroom, which thankfully had no musty smell. Breakfast was just bread, jam, and butter. At check-in, the man at reception asked for a deposit for the room key, which we were fine with. But when we got to the room, he told us the lock was broken and the door wouldn't close properly. He said it would be fixed the next morning, when we'd also get the key. It still wasn't fixed on either the second or third day. He kept saying he was waiting for workers. With no door that shut, we had no privacy and worried someone could walk in at night or take our things while we were out. The bed sheets and pillows smelled horribly damp. Even with the AC on, the odor was overpowering, and it clung to our hair and pyjamas overnight. The lockers had no locks and wouldn't close. We told reception we couldn't store valuables there, so the man came to screw them on, but ran out of screws after fixing just one. When we opened that locker, four COCKROACHES crawled out. We weren't going to put our belongings in there. We asked for the key deposit back because we didn't even have a key, but he refused and said we'd get it at checkout. We were so desperate that we stayed anyway.

The rooms are nice, and there's a good kitchen, comfortable chill area, air-conditioning, and good facilities. What I liked most was how lovely and friendly the owner and employees were. I loved staying here and would choose this hostel again when I come back to Kuala Lumpur.

It's an affordable hostel for backpackers, with a mini kitchen where you can make toast or cereal. There are food stalls around, especially Indian restaurants. The downside for me is the location, quite far from any MRT or LRT station.
