Cameron Kea Farm Hotel

There was good water pressure, and my room was clean, smelled nice, and had a balcony with a view of the cabbage farm and nova hotel. The queen bed dipped a bit around the head area but was still sleepable. Overall, a decent stay and a budget-friendly recommendation. If booking through agoda, read carefully because the payment is non-refundable. There was just a kettle, with no complimentary mineral water, tea, or coffee.

There were two queen beds, enough space for four adults, but the cleanliness was a letdown. The bedsheets had stains, there was visible dust and a cobweb on the window, and the toilet was dirty and moldy. The area felt a little unsettling too, surrounded by empty buildings and active construction. I've stayed in plenty of budget hotels, and this one fell short on cleanliness. We don't expect luxury at this price, but guests still deserve a clean, comfortable room with basic upkeep.

We arrived with five children for a holiday, and the receptionist wasn't friendly. No one told us there was no water until check-in, then we were told to contact Agoda about a refund. The property said it would refund us, but we've had no reply or update since. My wife and I had booked two rooms separately for two nights, and the whole payment was lost. We're really frustrated by the inconvenience. Agoda and the property management, please address this. May God repay the owner or management for not refunding us.

I had to look for another hotel nearby after arriving to find the receptionist couldn't see my Agoda booking, despite my confirmation. He told me to contact Agoda for a refund. Two other guests were facing the same problem and got the same advice. This happened in 2026, and it was very disappointing. Be careful, especially if the listing says “1 room left.” Rating: 1/10.
