The Coway water dispenser on Level G was dirty, with stagnant water inside, and needs proper cleaning and maintenance. I'd also suggest management remind non-Muslim guests to respect Muslim guests by not sharing or using the same drinking utensils in the pantry. Halal and non-halal utensils and equipment should be clearly separated. Apart from those concerns, I enjoyed my stay and found the experience pleasant and satisfying.

The view was great, and the rooms were spacious enough for the five of us. We stayed on the same floor as the lobby. My main discomfort was the frosted glass panel in the toilet. Showering there felt uncomfortable with family staying together.

The location is good, near healthy strawberry, which has delicious strawberries, and the scenery is nice. The service was okay. Our combined room had two rooms and one bathroom, but the furniture, bed, and toilet have all aged. There's no Netflix or smart TV either. Owner, please take note. I'd come back if the owner did a major renovation and upgraded the furniture.

A nice villa, tucked uphill in a strategic spot away from the busy road. Breakfast is the usual self-service spread: white bread, egg, sausage, 3 in 1 coffee, and Milo. I'd stay here again.

We were told nasi lemak would be provided for breakfast, but it never appeared during our stay. The rooms also looked dusty despite how nice the pictures are. Communication was hard because the villa is managed by foreign workers who seemed to understand little English or Malay. They kept telling me to contact their boss, but the “boss” rarely picked up. The person in charge was really irresponsible. The location was inconvenient for our travel bus, which couldn't reach this rather desolate area. We had to carry our luggage uphill for 15 minutes. It was a very bad and disappointing experience.
