I booked through an online app, which said drinking water and toiletries were included, but neither was provided. The receptionist's rude behavior made for a terrible stay. I planned to be there three days, but left after one night. I won't consider this hotel again, and neither will my friends. It felt like a scam.

There was no shower soap or 3-in-1 drink, and only one light worked. The Astro decoder was switched off and had no plug connected.

I came here on holiday hoping to get some rest, but the night receptionist was laughing loudly and shouting with two other women outside the hotel. She was sitting there drinking beer. I work in hotel staff in KL too, and would never drink in front of guests. Golden Night Hotel Management should train staff before putting them behind the reception counter.

Horrible place. It was creepy and dirty, and sleeping there felt like being in an ashtray. I could hear the whole city through the room wall, and the price was different from what I expected on booking.com.

The service was good, and there's free high-speed wifi. It's right in the center of Cameron Highlands, with a secure place to leave luggage. The rooms were clean, and it was very cheap. Great for families or couples.
