The location was good, just a short walk behind Centrum, but I probably wouldn't stay again. The room was cramped, with old furniture and a wall fan, and there was a small cockroach in the toilet. We could hear the next room's toilet flushing, people talking, and footsteps. It got very cold at night even without using the fan. Breakfast was just one simple portion of nasi lemak pandan, with ikan blis and teh O. JAIS came to check at 1:35am.
2/10
The Agoda photos looked lovely and clean, but the room was smelly and dirty in every corner when we got there. The bathroom was filthy too, nothing like the pictures. They said they were fully booked when we asked to change rooms, then refused our refund request. The stay was so uncomfortable that we decided to go home. Jangan la booking sini!!! Hilang mood percutian korang je dengan harga rm150!!
8/10
The location is great, near the center of culinary options, with Centrum mall just a short walk away and Big Strawberry farm about 600 m away. The hotel feels a little old, and one bedsheet was broken. There was also a gas smell around the lobby near the lift.
2/10
The rooms are very small and this place badly needs renovation. Our TV was old, not smart, and didn't work. The blue bed linens were heavily worn, and the red towels were frayed at the ends and looked very used. They should have been replaced by now. Avoid it at all cost.
2/10
Avoid this place. The room felt stuffy and dusty, and I couldn't tell whether it was hygienic. Parking is charged per entrance.
