The room was small and dark, with mold across the toilet ceiling, walls and near the door. Paint was peeling everywhere, and we were disgusted by the bathroom. It also didn’t look like the Agoda pictures. We knew it was a budget hotel and weren’t expecting anything glamorous, but the condition was so bad that we were relieved to be moved to another hotel. Our door wouldn’t lock when we went out, though it could be locked from inside. Because of that, they changed our room to another hotel.

That little elevator is a highlight and makes things much easier for people who have trouble with stairs. But after my stay six years ago, the room now feels dated. The bathroom paint is peeling, which looks especially disappointing next to the lovely lobby downstairs. I hope management puts more care into maintaining the rooms for guests who come back.

The room was tidy and clean, and you can get free coffee and refill water for customers, which is very good. There’s a lift for OKU and older people. There wasn’t hot water, though. The hotel doesn’t serve breakfast, but it’s easy to get some right in front of the hotel in the morning. Parking is easy if you return early or during a normal season.

It’s a budget hotel with budget prices. The room is big, and the hot water is good. Laundry and restaurants are all close by.

The room they gave us was too cramped for four adults. There was barely space to move, so only one person could get around at a time and the rest had to take turns.
