We've had no water for TWO DAYS, and still don't know when it'll be back. They sent a notice saying when the disruption began but gave no expected repair time. Going without a basic necessity is unacceptable, and the lack of a proper timeline makes it even more frustrating. Management needs to do better. This is beyond frustrating.

The location was amazing, with a bus stop right outside and a mall perhaps a 6 minute walk away. We felt safe, the security guards were very sweet, and the apartment itself was lovely. It had spacious, comfortable rooms, a living room, kitchenette, two bathrooms and two bedrooms. We stayed for two weeks for an internship at UOC in a duplex apartment on the 26th floor, and that view was my favorite part. The house design was nice too. Check-in was relatively easy, but the deposit had to go through a Malaysian bank, which wasn't convenient as foreigners. We arrived very late at night, and although I'd clearly explained that flights from our country to Malaysia are limited and I couldn't change our arrival time, they wouldn't keep check-in open past 10 pm. We had to book another hotel for the first night, then check in to centrus soho early the next morning. There were some things to put up with. The building elevator wasn't well conditioned and smelled kind of bad. The apartment didn't seem dirty, but it was very dusty, like it had been cleaned a long time ago, so we cleaned it ourselves when we arrived. There were lots of tiny ants. They were harmless and we got used to them, but cleaning them every day was annoying. One bedroom window wouldn't close completely, so lots of tiny flies got inside, also annoying but manageable. The bathroom was okay, though the bidet kept leaking and we had to turn it on and off each time. After a few showers, the drain clogged even though we removed our hair each time. There was only one half mirror in the bathroom, and as a woman I would have liked more mirrors with better lighting. We also couldn't get into our Netflix account because the previous renter seemed to have locked his account or something, and idealhub weren't much help when I messaged them. I know that's a lot of complaints, but we really did enjoy staying there.

The building has a great view, a nice gym and an outdoor pool on the 9th floor, and the place itself is nice otherwise. But cockroaches and ants keep returning throughout the whole building, even with pest control. They seem to come back through the drainage system, which is sad.

The room had a nice view, the aircond was cool and quiet, and it was close to the lift. But the sofa bed springs were badly damaged and it needs replacing. There should be at least one more pillow. The fridge wasn't very cool, the plates and cups were rusty, and the pool facilities and safety weren't maintained well.
