Check-in went smoothly, and customer service was good. The room was tidy and clean with enough facilities, and housekeeping was quick and helpful. The rate was reasonable and included breakfast (sahur). Booking buka puasa was easy, and the Ramadhan set was worth it. Restaurant staff were very friendly and gave excellent service. Parking is available under MDCH at a cheap rate, and you can pay online through Pahang go Apps.

The breakfast had lots of choices, and the food was served warm. Café staff kept the tables very clean for guests. Our room was spacious, neat, and very clean, with a comfortable mattress and pillows that felt brand new. The front desk staff were extremely friendly and helpful. I'd highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Cameron, and give both the service and hotel 5/5.

The room was large and clean, with space for four or five people, and the Wi-Fi was fast. We received four breakfasts, and the location is strategic. The service was lovely too. It was our first time here and we might come back. The TV signal didn't work, though, and the room smelled of smoke.

The food was superb and fresh, with lots of dishes to choose from. We especially enjoyed the steamboat and tea. Staff were welcoming throughout our stay, and the hospitality was amazing. We had a wonderful experience, and this is definitely one of the best places to stay. Highly recommended!

Free basement parking is a big plus in Brinchang, where parking can be hard to find, and breakfast is included. The hotel is close enough to walk to a mall, lots of restaurants and food stalls, and several Cameron Highlands attractions. Staff were warm and helpful the whole time. The receptionist was friendly and professional at check-in, and checkout was just as polite and attentive. Their advice and support made the stay better. I was pleasantly surprised by my one-night stay in a non-smoking room at Rosa Pasadena Hotel. It has a retro, vintage feel, but the property is well maintained, clean, and comfortable. My room was spacious and tidy. The bathroom, toilet, and bathtub were exceptionally clean. The shower had strong, steady pressure, with hot and cool water. The furniture is old, though it didn't take away from the experience. Toothbrushes and toothpaste aren't supplied, so bring your own. I really enjoyed my stay and wouldn't hesitate to return. For the price, Rosa Pasadena Hotel offers a lot: a spacious, clean room, vintage charm, a good location, free basement parking, breakfast, and genuinely friendly staff.
