Snooze Too

The room was fairly big, and the shower was good. The self check-in kiosk made arriving and leaving easy. Free parking is pretty hard to find, but paid basement parking is easy. The cafe is only open sometimes. It wasn't open at 6.30 in the morning, and breakfast nearby was also hard to find that early. For a budget hotel, it was okay overall. The bed is quite high, so be careful if you bring a small child.

The kiosk for self check-in was broken. It felt like trying to check in with a cat as the receptionist. There was no water, pressure was low at peak times, and the water heater was bad too. Parking is expensive per entry. The bed linen hadn't been changed, and there was spit on it. Big red flag. The photos on Booking or Agoda show the nice rooms, but not all rooms are like that. They're just for sale. Overall, better to look elsewhere. I think there are much better budget hotels for the same or less.

The service was good, and the fast wifi and astro supersport were a plus for football fans. It's also within walking distance of centrum mall. The room itself looked old and wasn't well maintained. My towel was stained, and the mattress cover and quilt had a slight damp, unpleasant smell, I guess from moisture.

Affordable price, and okay for a one-night stay. Towels, soap, a hairdryer, astro, and drinking water were provided, but there weren't enough spoons for stirring drinks. The bidet water pressure was very slow. The bathroom curtain blinds felt creepy, since someone from below could see you if they weren't shut properly. Check-in and check-out are done by machine, with just a helpline and no receptionist. The receipt needs to show the floor as well as the room number. It was confusing to find the room because the floor and room numbers were laid out vertically.
