I booked at the last minute while riding in a Grab. The room was impressively clean when I got there, and the price was very affordable. There’s also a 24-hour 7-Eleven nearby.

We only stayed one night after a late check-in, and for that, it worked well. There’s a 7-Eleven next door and parking right in front. The rooms and facilities are very basic, so it’s suitable for backpackers or a night or two. I’d been worried by all the negative Google reviews. It’s not a great hotel, but for the price, it’s worth it. Overall, I think it’s good.

The room was dirty, the TV and air conditioner were broken, and the fridge was broken too. When we asked to change rooms, the Indian girl at the front desk said they were all full and told us to stay in that room for just one day. They claimed they’d checked all the rooms and were managing them, but that was a lie. I ended up spending my own money on a table fan just to get through the night. The staff were rude and the customer service was very bad.

The location doesn’t feel suitable for families or friends looking for a nice stay. We arrived at 9 PM and spent over an hour trying to change rooms, but every room we saw was filthy, with clogged drains, disgusting toilets, and stained sheets. The staff were extremely unprofessional. One woman slammed her shoulder into my sister and walked away with barely an acknowledgment. When we complained, the front desk treated us like we were worthless, raised her voice, and suggested we sleep in the lobby as if we were the problem. This hotel was a nightmare from start to finish. Take my honest review into consideration: don’t waste your time or money here. Find somewhere else to stay ❗❗
