Very disappointed with this hotel. They charged RM120 for towels, RM40 each, and I wouldn't recommend the place. The receptionist had no common sense, and the reason they gave was ridiculous. If you're going, check your towels before using them.

We got the Family Suite for my parents, my two nieces, and me. It was a great deal at the same price as two separate rooms, with a living room and two separate bedrooms, both with spacious ensuite bathrooms. The location worked well too, just a short drive or walk to St Anne's and BM old town. There's a huge food court and lots of shops nearby, plus plenty of free parking with security.

Free parking was handy, but the WiFi in my second-floor room was nonexistent. The towels need improvement. The room was a little cleaner than on my last visit.

We were two adults and one child in an 18m² room. It was small, but still okay for us and comfortable enough to stay in. The location is strategic, about five minutes from St.Anne Church (Minor Basilica) Bukit Mertajam. They have their own parking, and the WiFi was fast.
