The location is handy, with plenty of places to eat within walking distance. Breakfast must be ordered in advance rather than served buffet-style, which was fine. The portion was filling, and the food was surprisingly good. The room needs some work. Several patches on the walls showed poor upkeep, and the work desk chair was so sunken that sitting for long hours hurt. The walls between rooms are thin, so I could clearly hear my neighbour showering and moving things around. Thankfully, there wasn't anything else going on in the room. They provide reusable slippers, but they felt sticky and unhygienic, so bring disposable ones.

The location is convenient, close to the highway and with lots of restaurants nearby. Still, I wouldn't recommend it to families or couples. We found many cockroaches in the room, and only two clothes hangers were provided. The mini fridge barely cooled a bottle of water after an hour. I told reception, and they arranged a replacement, but the second fridge didn't work either. For a one-night business stay, you might consider it if you won't spend much time in the room.

The glass wall around the toilet made using it a nightmare because other people could see in. There was a blind curtain, but you could still see inside. I was in a room with two single beds, so I don't understand why it needed a glass wall that let me see my friend on the toilet. The bed was okay, the air conditioning worked well, and the shower was extremely hot, like water straight from a kettle. If you're Muslim and want to eat outside the hotel, you'll need a vehicle. Walking is a hassle because you have to cross the road, where there are only mamak and Arabic restaurants. Non-Muslims have no problem, with Chinese hawker stalls all around the hotel.

The housekeeping staff were friendly and accommodating, though my room wasn't cleaned until around 4 pm on the second day. I stayed for two nights and found the room clean, the toilet spotless, and the air conditioning very cold. The sink is in the room rather than the toilet, which took a little getting used to but wasn't a big deal. Parking was easy and there was enough of it, though in this busy commercial shop lot area you may not get a spot right in front. They provided towels, face towels, shower gel, a safe, and a mini fridge that wasn't very cold, as expected. Bottled water, tea, and coffee were replenished daily, and there was a kettle. The hot shower was inconsistent: it was hot at night, when I think fewer people were using it, but only lukewarm during the day. There are plenty of food choices on Grab with low delivery fees, though traffic into the area can be jammed at peak times. There's a nicely decorated restaurant downstairs, but I didn't get a chance to try it. It was a comfortable stay overall, and I'd recommend it.
