We’re here for just one night, but Lisa at reception deserves a thank you. Even though all the car rental offices were already closed, she managed to arrange a car for us and was VERY helpful. 👍🏻

We arrived at midnight and got no sleep, so we asked to check out late and actually get some use out of the room we'd paid for. The answer was to charge a penalty. Bravo, turning a bad situation into extra revenue is a creative take on hospitality.

The helpful staff are the only reason I didn't give this place one star. As a returning customer, I found the hotel itself disappointing. Breakfast was surprisingly mediocre, with no juice and only very basic buffet choices. The location is average, and the TV mostly had no signal, as if it were using an old antenna instead of a modern decoder. The check-in machine was annoying and, even with staff help, made the process take longer than it should. The touchscreen water heater is another pointless upgrade. They should go back to a normal water heater instead of this unnecessarily complicated model.

I made a booking through Enrich Hotels but couldn't check in as planned. The booking was non-refundable and couldn't be cancelled, so I expected a hotel charge to exist. I already have the payment receipt from Enrich, but I also need the hotel's official tax invoice for my records and to confirm the room wasn't used despite my no-show. When I called earlier today to request the invoice, staff told me, “no check-in means no invoice.” I found that very disappointing and unprofessional. Please issue the invoice promptly. This has been an unpleasant experience, and I hope it can be resolved quickly. Thank you for your attention.
