Memory Boutique Hotel made for a wonderful stay. The room was spotless and well kept, and the location put me right in downtown with easy access to everything I wanted to see and do. The staff made the biggest difference. They cheerfully helped with all sorts of requests, from lending me an umbrella and a bowl for soup to arranging a taxi at 5am and lending me a charger adapter. That kind of personal attention is rare and much appreciated. I'd highly recommend Memory Boutique Hotel for a clean, central stay with great hospitality. I'll definitely be back.

The hotel is in a handy spot near shops and attractions, yet it's quiet and peaceful. I had a lovely short stay, with a clean, comfortable room and all the essentials. The staff were friendly and professional, and check-in was smooth. Great service and value. I'd definitely stay here again.

We had a nice stay at Memory Boutique Hotel. The location was decent, and the service and generous behavior were good. Cleanliness was another plus. There was no locker for valuables, though, and toiletries were limited.

For RM80 per person per night, we got a lot in one place at a very cheap price. The room had its own toilet, and they provided a hair dryer and shower gel that smelled really good. The iron and ironing board are outside the room on level 2. Lots of shops and cafes are an easy walk away, and Jetty Pelancong Semporna is also walkable, about 13 mins.
