We booked through the OYO website, but the older uncle hadn't set aside our rooms properly. Luckily, they still had rooms for us that night. Mine was reasonably clean, with clean sheets and a towel, a comfortable pillow, and a toilet that worked well. I slept pretty well over the two nights. The uncle seemed fierce and not very welcoming, but he did return our deposit when we checked out. It's well placed for food and malls, and I'd come back.

The worst hotel I've stayed at in Malaysia. I was supposed to pay 50rn but ended up charged 70rn for some reason. It was extremely dirty, with cockroaches running around. The bed sheets had no covers, and who knows how many people had slept on them without them being washed. Very bad. Avoid 🙏

This was honestly the worst hotel and service I've had. We booked through Agoda, but the uncle said our room had been reserved for someone else and wanted an extra charge for the same type of room. We had no cash, asked for cash, and got the exact amount, but nobody told us there'd be another deposit on top. After a long trip, we were exhausted and this treatment was awful. Don't go here. It was a waste of time.

Don't trust the promotion on Agoda. The hotel didn't honor the contract and asked me to pay extra to meet its minimum rate of RM60-RM70. It seems to use Agoda only to promote itself. This is the first time I've come across such an unethical business practice.

Bad news! The staff said the RM30 deposit was refundable, so I paid RM113 plus RM30, RM143 in total. Then I got angry when the RM30 wasn't returned. Why? And why didn't they give me a deposit receipt? I was unlucky that there was no camera footage to prove he had written "deposit rm30" 😭😡🤬. OYO Hotel is all lies, like a hack! I don't want to book an OYO hotel again 👎👎
