10/10
The owner was really nice and even brought an extra comforter when I asked, with no extra charge. It’s a new house, and every room has air conditioning. Getting to Bukit Kayu Hitam, Padang Besar, Changlun, UUM, Kedah Matriculation, UNIMAP, and the Perlis polytechnics is easy. Good place to stay.

We found this homestay comfortable and relaxing, with all the facilities provided. There’s a fridge, TV, wifi, washing machine, and kitchen, plus air conditioning in each of the three rooms. It also has two bathrooms. I’d recommend it for families staying overnight for a few days.
