The view from the room is incredible, and the apartment feels very secure. Only people with a room can open the apartment doors or press a button in the lift. That was new to us, but we enjoyed staying here. The place is beautifully designed, with superb rooms, and groceries and restaurants are easy to get to. There's 5G wifi in all the rooms. It feels like a home, with a kitchen, iron, toaster, dryer, washing machine, and plenty more. A must-stay if you're in Putrajaya.

I contacted the person in charge of the room about a week in advance, but he's very hard to reach and rarely answers calls. WhatsApp is the only way I can check with him, which isn't good. Lots of things in the room are broken, including a cabinet. The wifi worked for only a few hours on the first day, then stopped. I complained and was told to restart the modem, but it still doesn't work. The bathroom has no warm water, and the mattress is quite dirty. I'm unhappy about this.

I trusted the reviews and rented this place through booking.com, but I'm here now and it's really dirty. There's nobody around to answer questions, and there's no hot water. They won't return my money. Please check everything carefully before booking anything through booking.com.

It's easy to find the place, and there are lots of different restaurants nearby, just a walk away. You can also get to the d’pluze mall by car or Grab. Nice facilities and good security, a lovely spot to relax with your loved ones.
