The staff were friendly, but the basics were a problem. The Wi-Fi password didn’t work after I tried it several times, and there was no phone in the room, so I had to go downstairs to reach the front desk. The heater was out too. If you’re staying just one night for work, be ready for a cold shower.

It’s a good budget hotel, close to Dpulz mall and handy for getting to nearby restaurants.

The service was bad, and the hotel felt haunted.
