There was no staff to receive my parcel, no security, and now apparently no CCTV evidence. I had a delivery on 2/3/26 and never got it. When I followed up, management said casually that nobody was working that day, so no guard accepted it. They later claimed the CCTV footage was “missing/stolen,” after saying guards were protesting because they hadn't been paid. When I asked to see the footage, that was the explanation. All I got in response was, “Report police je kak.” No accountability, responsibility, or proper explanation. This is careless and irresponsible, and residents' safety and belongings seem to mean nothing here. Terrible management. Avoid this place at all costs. 🚫

Really bad management and very poor service. There's no air conditioning in the lobby or in the lifts, and I have to pay the water bill twice, with bills on the 1st and 30th every month.

There are clinics, a hospital, pharmacies within walking distance, nearby shoplots, and plenty of street food. The KTM and bus terminal are also close, about a 5-minute drive.

The facilities aren't great: the pool is just average, and the gym seems to be there for decoration. The apartments feel very unsecured, so I wouldn't recommend renting here. If it's close to your workplace and you do stay, be extra careful. There are many foreigners, and some without access cards just follow residents in and take the stairs (yang ni memang tak boleh tahan). Management and security don't seem to know about it 🤷‍♂️.
