The noise is really bad, and the parking exits are narrow.

I came to visit about a business matter on a weekday after 2:00pm, but they refused to help because, according to the guard, it was their “sleeping time.” They also asked the guard whether I was Malay or Chinese. What does that have to do with anything? Very bad management.

Even though it’s in the city centre, the management and JMB seem more focused on profit than caring for residents. Parking is limited, and there are lots of cockroaches. I’ve tried all kinds of cockroach repellent, but management hasn’t addressed the main problem.

It’s a new building^^ I enjoyed staying here, especially the swimming pool.

A quiet, secure residence. You need an access pass to get into the building, and it only works for your specific floor.
