The room was spacious, but I didn't feel it was worth it and won't book at this hotel again. It felt creepy beside the hospital, and wasn't fully furnished. The transparent curtain let light from the hospital into the room, so we couldn't sleep well. The bathroom was clean, but the water smelled bad. Management should get someone to check the main tank. The bed was dirty and smelly too.

The room was spacious, which was its only upside, but it was dirty. There were stains on the wall and the carpet didn't seem to have been vacuumed. The bathroom was dirty too. We had to collect toilet rolls ourselves from reception, and there was nowhere to hang clothes in the bathroom or put shampoo near the shower. I can only say I got what I paid for, but a hotel should at least provide the basics.

They told us the towels were stuck in the dryer when I asked for some at 5:15 PM, and said they wouldn't be available until after 7. There were none in the room to begin with. The water heater also had issues. We paid over RM 1++ for a Large Room, and it really wasn't worth it. I've stayed at RM80 hotels with much better service. This place doesn't live up to its name. A very poor experience, and the service needs an upgrade.

The room was roomy, clean, and comfortable, and there was enough parking thanks to the basement. But I stayed on a weekday and the nearby night market kept karaoke going until midnight. As a light sleeper, I found this place hard to sleep in.

For the price, it could work if you need to stay around Bangi. The rooms are very large, but the bathroom upkeep is poor: sink water often drains slowly, and the room carpet hadn't been vacuumed. Three stars from me.
