The pool was the standout for me, it's huge and great for a swim or just lounging. We had a relaxing staycation here, with a comfortable, spotless house and all the amenities we needed. The bathroom was especially spacious, and the host was so friendly and checked that we had everything throughout our stay. I'd happily recommend this place if you're after a relaxing getaway in a beautiful, well-equipped setting.

I waited almost 24 days and still hadn't received my deposit back. They kept giving me the same excuse about delays because of public holidays. The service from the admin was really bad, and they weren't upfront about the missing access card, so I had to park in visitor parking. The studio also wasn't clean enough, with mold all over the toilet, and I even found a receipt from a previous guest. If you find this apartment on Agoda, Booking, or another staycation platform, I'd forget about it unless you want to regret it. Very stupid.

I’ve been living here for almost two years, and it’s been a pleasant experience. The surroundings are peaceful and calm, and security works well. The pool and lifts get regular maintenance, the gym is functional, and there are plenty of guest parking spaces. Having nearby convenience stores like Family Mart is handy for me. The downside is the traffic around Sungai Tangkas. Even though my workplace at Ostia Bangi is close, it usually takes me 30 minutes to get there.

I haven't moved into my Block A unit yet, so I only have my two visits to go by. It felt pleasant, if a little secluded, and being close to work makes that okay. The rent I booked at was fairly affordable, which is a plus. I spent a few hours cleaning the place myself and it was okay. I also really like the property's swimming pool and the toilet window for ventilation. My current studio doesn't have one. I'll update this after I've moved in.
