The old town location made it easy to get around. Our room, no.6, was spacious and cost rm120, which felt well worth it. The house owner was polite and helpful, and the management had taken care of the shared spaces, with filtered water, a clean kitchen and dining tables, plus utensils. The cat concept is adorable. There’s also a TV with YouTube and Netflix, hangers for laundry, a water heater, hair drier, iron board, and a washing machine with drier. Worked well for a family.

The price was great for the service, and I’d stay here again in the future. It’s a comfortable place with good service from the owner. The facilities were nice too, including a Coway water dispenser and a refrigerator. I’d recommend it for a business trip or a holiday.

The service was great, but the owner didn’t mention that other people also rent rooms in the homestay. I found out the monthly occupants are men, so it’s not suitable for Muslim women who want to rent here. It’s a mixed homestay.

I had a good two-night stay, and the owner helped right away when I arrived and found out my Agoda booking wasn’t on the list. We got checked in smoothly. But was the booking blunder the property’s fault, Agoda’s, or OYO’s? I still haven’t received any response.

We had a pleasant two-night stay in the master bedroom, and the host was friendly and helpful. The place was neat and clean, in a quiet neighborhood. L'unico, Saratok’s famous western restaurant, is only a 30-second walk away, and One stop and Keluarga supermarket are just around the corner. Five stars for the location. I’d definitely stay again if I go to Saratok.
