For what I paid through OYO, it was good value. The room was very basic but enough for me. They provided two bottles of filtered water and some body shampoo. The water pressure and temperature were fine, and the air conditioning cooled the room quickly. I’ll book again.

We got there around 3pm, but the staff member couldn’t find our email booking and asked us to wait. It took 20 minutes before we got a room. The stair carpet was dirty and blackish. Our room didn’t match the picture, and it was torn at nearly every corner. There was a yellow stain on the bedsheet, the AC was dusty, and the bedsheet and blanket had lots of cigarette holes.

The facilities and service were horrible. Someone calling himself an agent, Evin, offered SPA massage and reflexology at the hotel. Don’t trust him or the others involved, they’re cheaters. I don’t know whether the hotel management is aware of these people. BE CAREFUL OF SCAMS! Do not transfer or deposit cash to this CIMB account: ACC NO:76-2380392-6 NAME: ROS ANIZA BINTI You won’t receive any SPA massage or reflexology service, and you won’t get your money back.

The room is clean and basic, with air conditioning. If you want luxury, don’t pick this place. It’s just somewhere to rest 😉
