According to the manager, who has been in charge since 2022, the residence has declined from a four-star standard and no longer meets serviced apartment expectations. From what we have observed, there are many problems. Repairs to the gym, playground, pool, and other facilities take a long time, and proper new payment options for residents have also been delayed. Cleaning, plant care, and fogging don't happen regularly as scheduled. The notice board is messy, updates aren't organized, and some notices lack the relevant “Section” and “Act” rules. Security feels poor and unsafe. There have been fights between a guard and an outsider, some areas have no guard on duty, and the lobby can be noisy and chaotic. People are allowed in without registering. The manager parks his red 4WD pickup truck or small white car at the residents' lobby, while residents face what I consider unfair clamping. The manager has scolded residents as “bodoh,” walked away from discussions, and ignored emails about building and management matters. Smoking in prohibited areas isn't taken seriously, and the manager has done it himself. Serious incidents involving deaths weren't handled procedurally. Residents also weren't notified door to door about serious temporary water and electricity cuts. The JMB didn't respond to the COB when issues were raised. Why pay management fees every month? This place should be downgraded from a serviced apartment to a low-cost type. No stars.
