I paid to use the lounge for around 1-2 hours today. It was easy to find, and check-in was quick. The place has a calm, minimal feel that works well for a rest between flights. The bed was comfortable, though the capsule felt a little cramped when shared. My unit had a couple of small problems: the TV and Netflix didn't work, and the USB-C port was unreliable. Showers and toilets were clean, modern, and in excellent condition, and the Wi-Fi held steady. There was no food, just hot drinks and water, but they do have a good coffee machine. Staff were welcoming and professional. A quiet, relaxing place for a short layover.

I accidentally booked the Public side of the KL airport at first. When I emailed to ask about switching to airside, they moved my booking without charging extra. I'm disabled, and that change meant I didn't have to wait 14 hours in transit, so I'm really grateful. The bedrooms are comfortable, and the bathrooms were clean. A good option for travelers. I'll definitely return someday. Thank you, Kepler Club team!

My first time staying in mini pods, and they were clean and comfy. It's a handy spot to freshen up and relax during a layover, and the staff were great and helpful. Syuhada was so sweet, special thanks to her. I'd stay here again.

Easy to find, and the cabins were quiet, clean, and comfortable enough for a proper rest. The staff were kind and ready to help whenever I needed something. I had a really pleasant, relaxing stay at Kepler Sleeping Cabin and will come back next time I'm in Malaysia. Thank you!

There may be lots of great shops, but the public announcements are hard to hear. The terminal needs more speakers spread around. Whoever does the announcements speaks so softly, it seems like the wrong job for them.
