It was quiet and pleasant, and the room was clean and comfortable, with fresh linens and basic amenities. It’s a budget-friendly, no-frills option, and I’d stay again. The location was decent with plenty of restaurants around, though oddly I couldn’t find a convenience store selling cigarettes. There was no staff at reception at 8 AM, but checkout was seamless and the deposit came back without any hassle. The self-service system worked efficiently. The room itself was simple but well maintained.

It was hard to spend even one night here. The hotel was noisy, the soundproofing was very poor, there was no window, and it wasn’t very clean. The waiter was fine, but I booked several days for RM500 and left the same day without a refund. That was my mistake. I should’ve tried one night before booking multiple days.

A decent hotel for a business trip, with the basic facilities. The room was tidy and didn’t smell. Coffee isn’t supplied in the room, so if you need some, ask the receptionist when checking in.

The place was clean, in a good location, and the reception guy replied quickly. Check-in was express. But the soundproofing between rooms was poor, and doors sometimes banged shut and woke me up. There was no early check-in fee like at other budget hotels in the area. The AC worked fine the first night, then was janky for the rest of the stay. They also didn’t provide drinking water, unlike others nearby.
