At around RM90 a night, it felt too expensive for what you get. The Wi-Fi and water were both very slow, and the air conditioner suddenly beeped and switched itself off. Resting was okay, but I wasn't satisfied with the bathing facilities.

The staff or owner was very helpful with registration, and check-in was handled properly. The location is good, with a nice sunrise view in the morning. For the price, the experience was above average, and I really appreciated that. Housekeeping could do a better job with the equipment and toilet cleanliness.

The beach is right across the road, which is a good location, but the place is old and poorly maintained. The air conditioner barely worked, and the old water heater only made the water barely warm. Our room was small, with two single beds, one chair, no table, and a TV limited to basic channels. You have to request things like toilet paper and tissues. We arrived at 10:10 pm, and it was the last and only room on the ground floor of this old two-story house. It seems to need a lot of repairs and updates for the price we paid, nearly RM97 including taxes.

The beach across the road makes for a relaxing setting, and there are small food stalls along the way. The rooms were clean and surprisingly welcoming for the price. A good place for a short break, especially if rain catches you while traveling.

Restaurants are right next door and the beach is across the road. It could be an okay place to pause for a day and rest before carrying on with your journey, though it's not very tidy and the facilities are quite old.
