We left within an hour of checking in, but didn’t get a refund for the three days we’d paid for. The rooms were filthy, with dust, a dirty bathroom and a strong cigarette smell. The online photos of the hotel are heavily enhanced and misleading. The lobby and reception were clean, but the rooms were nasty. They offered to move us, and we tried to give it another chance, but the replacement room was no better. Dust had collected on the headboard for who knows how long, the toilet bowl was stained, and the sink faucet was wobbly and felt like it might fall off. We wasted our time and money. Don’t stay here if you care about cleanliness and breathing clean air.

I got lost while visiting the area and went in to ask for directions. Two front desk staff were super friendly and helpful. I hope you enjoyed the beverages! The metro station and a big AEON are a short walk away, there’s a local food court nearby, and the room price looks attractive for budget travelers. I didn’t stay this time, but I’ll stay here on my next Malaysia visit.

For a budget hotel, everything else was good, but I wasn’t happy with booking breakfast through Agoda. During my stay I was told the hotel didn’t provide breakfast, only drinking water and free Wi-Fi. Hahaha, I got tricked!

There’s plenty of food around and the location is good, but parking is especially limited during the day. The room was clean and spacious. The air conditioning just wasn’t cold enough and needs improvement.

Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The workers talk about improving the place, but I haven’t seen a single improvement. It’s so dirty, I wouldn’t expect even homeless people to stay here. I saw pubic hair as soon as I entered the toilet, and there were bed bugs in the blanket. Someone should ban this hotel. 🥀
