Wan's Beach Guest House

There were four of us, and the house worked really well for everyone, with four spacious rooms and en suite bathrooms. It was in excellent condition, well maintained, and a short distance from the beach and some great local eateries. On arrival, we were greeted with a fruit basket and local Terengganu keropok, a thoughtful welcome. The host was friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely return. Highly recommended!

The owner replied to my questions pretty quickly, and the room was clean and easy to get to. The shower took me a while to figure out, and while the water pressure could be better, it was acceptable. I’d have liked more hangers outside. The owner also prepared a big box of crackers, which was especially nice after getting back from diving.

The host was polite, and the small room felt cozy and was clean. The queen bed was comfortable, and the sheets and towels were fresh. There was a tub of crispy ‘keropok ikan’ for hungry guests. The place is near the shore and a jogging track, nice for a walk or run at night. The iron, water heater, kettle, TV, fan, AC, and all the other switches worked. Maybe the AC filter could use a cleaning.

Puan Sabrina responded quickly whenever I called and was very helpful. All the rooms were spacious, with comfortable beds and pillows, and each had AC and a toilet. We loved the place, especially being close to the beach and places to eat. The porch is big enough to fit at least three cars!
