I live here with friends, and the facilities and surroundings have been good. My concern is the management’s access tag policy. If one tag is lost, every tenant has to bring their own tag to the management office. That could be a real problem if someone is overseas, in Indonesia or elsewhere, for example. I understand that the person who loses a tag should be held responsible. But the tag is essential for condo residents, and making everyone else rearrange work and other commitments seems unfair. I hope management will consider an easier process. This is just my honest feedback.

The rooms have a good view, and the rooms and services are decent enough. There’s a kitchen, two toilets, a living room, and three more bedrooms. The two swimming pools were clean: I’d say the upper one is for kids and the lower one for adults. The lower pool is square and maybe 1.5 meters deep. The lifts are the big problem. They’re tiny, old, and unstable, and it seems they haven’t been upgraded in years. Aside from that, I think it’s a very good place to stay.

The building looks nice, and the road out front is wide, so even with a few cars parked there it doesn’t feel crowded. It could be a good rental if you’re okay parking outside and walking up a small hill to get home. There’s construction for new buildings nearby, though I’m not sure whether the area will get crowded later.

Visiting a friend here was a terrible experience. While I was registering, the guard was unfriendly and unprofessional, then rudely told me to call my friend to open the door. When I crossed out my name and phone number, he told me not to and questioned my education, asking which school taught me that. It was extremely disrespectful and uncalled for. Management should seriously reconsider its hiring standards.
