After 15 years living in Malaysia, this is the worst management service I’ve come across. Living here feels like being in jail. Management just implements whatever it wants, and nobody questions it.

I visited friends and really liked the surroundings, especially the botanical garden on top of the car park. If I moved to KL, it would have to be Lakeville!

The Management Corporation keeps the place in tip-top condition and does a fantastic job. Rent is reasonable too, RM1500 for 1,100sqft. Lakeville Residence has six 31-storey blocks, a 50-metre swimming pool, a well-equipped gym, an indoor badminton court, and JagaApp for residents.

Our team recently visited a customer’s unit at Lakeville Residence to deep-clean four air conditioners with chemical service, and the customer was very satisfied with the results. It’s a beautiful, modern residential area with comfortable surroundings, peaceful living, and plenty of facilities: a pool, fully equipped gym, jogging track, landscaped gardens, clubhouse, children’s playground, reflexology path, and BBQ area. We also offer aircon servicing, electrical work, plumbing, lighting installation, wiring and repairs, and general home maintenance. We’re ready to help with aircon, electrical, or plumbing work.

The residence itself is nice, but management is so inefficient. They don’t answer calls or reply to emails. 🤬🤬🤬
