Right in the middle of Bukit Bintang, with good cheap food all around. The rooms are small, but clean, and have a window and AC. The staff are great and all speak English. I'd recommend it as a 3 star hotel in KL.

I found the hotel comfortable, with clean, modern, well-kept rooms, comfortable beds, and good amenities for either a short or longer stay. Staff were attentive and helpful, and check-in went smoothly. Its location near Bukit Bintang puts shopping malls, restaurants, and major attractions within easy reach, while the stay itself felt calm. For the quality and location, I thought it was good value. A dependable KL option for city explorers or business travelers, and one I'd recommend.

Rianna at the front desk was so friendly and helpful. Her guidance made it easy to find my way around KL town, and the service helped make my stay feel pleasant and homey. I really liked the environment and how convenient it was.

The room was spacious, the hotel view was nice, and the location was amazing. Rabbani was very kind, greeted us every time, helped with our luggage, and booked us a cheaper car to the airport. Service was available 24/7.

The photos may show a different hotel, because they were misleading. The place was dirty, and the sheets were old and stained. The shower never got hot, the windows wouldn't close, and the noise continued loudly past midnight. Don't spend your money here.
