I felt safe there, and the place was clean. It’s close to the spots I wanted to get to, like Lot 10, Pavilion, Time Square, Sungei Wang, and Axon.

8/10
The staff were friendly, and the bathroom and floor were clean. There was also a water dispenser. I did find hair on the bed, and it looked like the sheet hadn’t been changed. The staff were helpful and changed it when I raised it. I thought the hotel was run through Traveloka’s website. Its location is really handy, right in the middle of Bukit Bintang and just steps from the monorail.

The service was awful. They were rude and even cursed at people.

The place was dirty, and the service attitude was poor. The staff were rude too.
