The lack of cooperation over something as basic as a luggage trolley was frustrating. They provided one at check-in to bring our bags in, but wouldn't give us one at checkout. We had to carry our luggage out piece by piece with no help from staff. That makes a real difference to the guest experience, especially for families or anyone with lots of bags. I hope the hotel pays more attention to guest comfort and improves its service.

The rooms were clean and had basic amenities, and the stay was pleasant overall. The main shower was clogged, though, and didn't seem well maintained. Getting to the right floor can be confusing at first, but tapping your card in the lift takes you there. You need to be proactive about check-in: they didn't send the information until I asked. Also, walking to the main area may be difficult for older people or anyone who has trouble walking, so I wouldn't suggest this building for them.

We found the surroundings peaceful and felt safe, and the facilities were excellent. Check-in and communication were clear and easy, which I appreciated. The room at 7Stonez Luxury Antar, Genting Highlands was clean, modern, and very well kept, with a cozy feel that made it easy to relax. The view was beautiful in the cool Genting weather. It felt worth the money and would suit families, couples, or anyone after a quiet, comfortable break in Genting Highlands. I had a wonderful stay and would gladly consider returning. Highly recommend it.

The stay was smooth and fantastic for me. There's no reception, but they responded quickly on WhatsApp. The building connects to a mall and has a walking bridge to everything at the top of Genting. My room was spacious and comfortable, with a splendid view, and the place was quiet. It was a great experience.
