Antara Genting Luxury Suites by Noble Nest

Antara Genting(Under 7 Stonez) is a beautiful, clean place with well-designed rooms and a decent location. But we had serious practical problems during our two-night stay. There was NO HOT WATER at all, so we showered in cold water in 16°C weather both nights. The signal was weak, and the WiFi couldn't be used. The jacuzzi had no instructions. After a long time trying to work it out, we could only get warm water. Switching it to hot made the flow so weak that the tub wouldn't fill. The transparent master bathroom also makes little sense when you still need curtains for privacy. The link bridge to SkyAvenue takes 20-30 minutes uphill, which isn't suitable for elderly people or kids. We had an 85-year-old and a 2-year-old with us, so I wouldn't recommend it for that situation. Beautiful place, but with major issues.

The place was decent, but the water heater needs a proper check and guests should get clearer information about parking beforehand. We booked a 2-bedroom unit for just the two of us because one bathroom had a bathtub, and with Genting's cold weather we were looking forward to a hot bath. The heater never got hot, even after we waited almost 30 minutes, which was disappointing.

Our first stay at Antara Homestay was very comfortable. The guidance was good and convenient, and we got a high-floor unit, C43-09. The house was very clean and equipped with everything we needed. Thanks for the great service. We'll definitely come again with our family.

The building has a good selection of restaurants and convenience stores, though food is pricey. We stayed four months after opening, when many restaurants were still getting ready to open. There are lots of facilities, but many aren't free, and the swimming pool is good. The views were great from the ground floor and from our top-floor apartment on the 47th floor. The walk from Chin Swee Skyway station to level LG6 of the building takes around 10-15 minutes through a walkway tunnel with 9 escalators. Sky Avenue is about a 20-minute walk away. It's worth taking the walk for the nice view.
