We booked a two-room unit, and it had what a small family would need. Service was quick whenever we asked for something. The cleanliness was more like what you’d expect in a serviced apartment.

The location and the view were the only good parts. The air-conditioning kept cutting out overnight, and there was no Wi-Fi. Someone from room service arranged something, but the problems remained. A terrible stay.

Room 21103 had a lovely mountain and dam view, two queen beds, and hot and cold drinking water. Parking was free, and check-in and check-out were simple.

For what I paid, the stay was acceptable and the view was good. Compared with premier ion delemen, this room was cleaner and less dusty. I booked a large room but got only two queen beds, and the balcony faced the restaurant downstairs, which stayed noisy until midnight. The water filter and cooking utensils came in handy for noodles and hot drinks. Check-in was easy: I collected the key at GEM TOWER, parked for free, then took the lift to the 7th floor. There’s an open-air restaurant and a small park for kids there. Getting to the room was more complicated: I crossed the bridge to tower 2 and took another lift. We also had a power trip, so it helps to know how to switch the DB Box back on.
