The stay was quite good overall. The room and bathroom were clean, the pillows were comfortable, and the soap and shampoo were handy. A couple of things could be improved: the aircon felt a bit warm and its pump was noisy, and the hot water was so hot that I couldn’t adjust it. My booking said towels were included, but I had to pay RM5 for one. No big deal, though.

It was a peaceful place to stay, with easy access on foot from the ferry station and good connections to attractions. Grab was available even early, around 5 am, and without traffic the airport was 20 minutes away. One small concern: the staircase is narrower than usual, so take a bit more care going up and down.

The location in the heart of Georgetown made it easy to walk to iconic spots, cafes, and street food stalls. I stayed two nights in the Corner Deluxe Queen Room with Window, and it was clean, cozy, and well maintained, just right for resting after a long day exploring. The staff were always helpful and friendly, ready to assist with a smile. A comfortable and convenient choice for a Penang stay.

I was in a dorm room. The bed was nice and the place was clean, right in the middle of Armenian street. The only downside was that the AC didn’t get very cold.

The location was great and the staff were nice, but we couldn’t sleep at all because of the noise. Several AC units outside the window were loud all night, and we could feel people walking in the hallway as well as hear them. We ended up moving somewhere else because the stay just wasn’t worth it for us. If you can sleep through anything, it might be okay.
