The housekeeping staff were wonderful, but the stay was so inconvenient. The new room we were moved to had a faulty AC. The hotel doesn’t tell customers about the loud music from the restaurant next door, and when I asked to change rooms within two hours, the manager questioned why I wanted to move after two hours and spoke senselessly. I stayed here last year without any issue, which is why I booked the same hotel again. This felt like a scam.

We stayed from 7-9 Sept, though we had booked 6-9, and were very disappointed. The room wasn’t neat and had ants, while the heater and air-conditioning didn’t work properly. Reception and housekeeping were unfriendly and unhelpful. After housekeeping, our perfume was missing from the table. We were charged for a towel even though it had only normal use and wasn’t damaged. We didn’t ask for a refund for the extra day we hadn’t stayed, but when we asked about it, they told us only to contact Agoda. This was unfair, unacceptable, and very unprofessional. Disappointing!

There’s an in-house massage centre and restaurants nearby, and the location is strategic. The hotel is clean and cheap, with covered parking available on a first come, first served basis.

The room wasn’t clean. We told the management to clean it, but it still needed attention, so we asked them again.
