The shared area is handy for making tea or coffee, with a kettle and mugs, and the place is in a great spot for the price. The air conditioning and TV both worked, though there aren't many English channels. There was drinking water available, but it was warm for some reason.

The bed was comfortable, and checking in was easy even though nobody seemed to be working at the hotel. The room itself felt really odd, with kids' bedding and decorations, and it could use a repaint. There was no hot water, no window, and no toilet bidet.

There was no lift, so we had to use the stairs, and no reception staff were there to help with our late-night check-in. Parking was another issue: there wasn't any at the hotel, so we had to use a paid lot outside, which ended up costing more than the hotel charge. The toilet was fully glass, making this unsuitable for families or groups. I wouldn't recommend it.

We found the room clean, and the shower pod was a nice experience. The toilet worked well and had shower gel and shampoo. The TV box had recently been installed, with plenty of channels, and we were told the beds would be changed too. It's easy to find places to eat nearby, morning or evening. They let us check in early and check out a little later, which we appreciated, though it took a while to get in touch. I assume that depends on room availability.
