Worst experience of my life with a baby. The staff were really rude. Please don’t come.

The room condition was poor, it smelled, and the toilet was dirty. Service was poor too: we waited at reception and rang the bell many times, but nobody came to attend to us. I asked the receptionist for a full refund, but in the end they only refunded one night. Please improve this.

It’s in a really busy part of town, but the hotel is great for a budget stay.

The room was in very poor condition, and the service was bad. The staff also had an attitude problem.
