The price is reasonable, and the location is great for eateries and art street. It's a hostel-style place with shared bathrooms, and there's no reception. My first room had issues, but they moved me to a better one. The staff were helpful.

The room was spotless and the price was great for what you get. Sutharsan, Lukman, Junaid, and Harvind were all welcoming and really helpful. I'd happily recommend this hotel.

We appreciated how neat and clean the room was, but the door lock was unreliable. At check-in, we asked about staying a few extra hours on checkout day because our bus wasn't until evening. The manager kindly said there'd be no extra charge. When we extended the room, though, other staff demanded the full day's rate. Since we booked right away, we ended up paying almost twice what we expected.

The room was noisy, smelly, and dirty, and the sheets looked like they hadn't been changed after someone else used them. I used to work in the hotel business, so I could tell what condition the bedding was in. When we raised it, they sent an administrator to look but didn't replace anything. We had asked for a quiet room, yet ours was under the stairs, with people passing noisily at night and in the morning. The wooden-board construction seemed to let everything through, and I felt itchy trying to sleep. We booked three nights, couldn't modify the reservation, and found the whole stay a nightmare. If noise and dirt bother you, choose somewhere else.
