The hostel’s in the old town, with restaurants an easy walk away. The dorm beds were comfortable, with curtains all around, a light and outlets at each bed, and enough room between bunks to sit up. Staff were friendly and helpful. There weren’t many guests while I was there, but it was still a nice place to hang out and talk. The main drawback is that there aren’t many toilets. The building is a national historical site, so they haven’t been allowed to add more.

We spent eight nights here in both twin and double rooms while exploring Georgetown. The location was the best part, since we could pop back from town whenever we needed to. Little India is right nearby, with incredible food. The place was clean and relaxed, and the air con worked. Staff were easygoing and helpful, and they sorted our Langkawi tickets without any hassle.

We had a wonderful stay at this pretty little hostel. It’s right in the UNESCO world heritage area, just a few steps from sights like Little India and the Jetty. Zaid answered all our questions, booked our ferry, and even gave me and my girlfriend little presents on Valentine's Day. The staff were lovely. Breakfast was included, and there was AC. Bathrooms are shared with the other guests, but that didn’t take away from the stay.

Super clean hostel, and full credit to the boss and staff for that. They were all really friendly, including his boss, and I appreciated them a lot. If you just need a place to stay the night and relax, I’d recommend it. The landmark is Victoria! Malay food can be hard to find, but Indian Muslim food is just around the corner. Thanks, guys, you’re amazing. Much appreciated, I’ll be back soon!

The food around here is amazing and cheap, and the hostel sits right in the heart of little India. I had a fantastic stay and would choose it again if I’m ever back in penang. The staff were the friendliest, the beds and sleeping area were lovely, and everything felt clean and fresh. It’s newly renovated, and the price was so low.
