The location is handy for walking to most places, and we stayed three nights. On the first day there was a strange smell, but thankfully it was gone by the second. Avoid ground floor room 5 unless you want to dance along with the washing machine's fantastic noise. The bed was uneven and left my back sore. I asked the manager to change rooms because of the bed, but was told I'd need to pay RM40 for an upgrade. I thought that was unreasonable and didn't want to pay. After an internal discussion they upgraded us for free, while messaging that all the beds were the same brand. Same brand doesn't mean the same condition 😅. The place is well located for walking trips, but here's what they should improve: stop the washing machine after 10PM if guests are expected to keep quiet after that time, replace the very noisy bar table and chairs in the lobby, check beds before handing rooms over, and clean the fridge more often. I suspect the smell came from there.

We spent 2D1N here and everything was in good condition. The room was fine, the toilet was just right, and it's close to Komtar and other places. Thanks, I'll stay again.

It's affordable and the location is okay, but parking is very limited. Sometimes there's nowhere nearby to park. The room floor wasn't clean when I checked in, and the rooms look bigger in the photos on Agoda.com.

We had a really nice two-night stay. The hotel was near attractions and restaurants, and the room was clean with towels and toiletries provided. There's a water dispenser in the lobby and a shared fridge for food. There isn't a hotel parking area, though there is a car park nearby. ❤️

We barely slept during either of our two nights. From 1:00 am until 4:00 am, every flush or turn of the water in the next room came through incredibly loudly, waking us just as we were falling asleep. Noise from the hallway also carried straight into our room because the doors don't reach the floor. Management knew about the neighboring-room noise, but the hotel didn't offer any compensation. We're not difficult guests, and I never usually write reviews, but this was the worst. Be warned.
