The room at SO Hotel was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, which made it easy to get a peaceful night’s sleep. For the price, it’s a decent stay. Service could be better: replies were slow, and staff sometimes didn’t seem very attentive. The location was okay, though a bit far from major attractions and transport.

We paid £35 for two nights, and the room had both a double bed and a single. The staff were really nice and friendly. It was comfortable and affordable, so I’d definitely recommend staying here.

My car window broke while we were on the way to the hotel. The staff helped me find a workshop with a much cheaper price than the other shops. The room was clean and very good too.

It’s not the best, but it’s pretty good. The beds are nice and the shower is decent. Having to wait until 2pm to check in was a pain when I’d arrived at 10. The water fountains are slow, but good enough. Parking is limited, though travelers aren’t always bringing or renting a car; most will use Grab or a taxi.

The family room was clean and we were happy with it. The bathroom is outside the room, though it’s reserved just for our room and comes with a key so other people can’t use it when it’s locked. Housekeeping did a good job. Parking was the headache: it’s by the roadside, spaces are limited and first come, first served, so we might have to double park, which isn’t convenient.
