I liked the deluxe room setup, with a king bed and two single beds right beside it. That worked really well for my family with three kids. The hotel is new, and the staff were helpful and the service was good.

4/10
The clean room, friendly staff, good air conditioning, comfortable bed, and no deposit were all pluses. But the room was tiny, as was the toilet, where getting to the shower meant walking sideways. Every room is upstairs and there’s no lift or ground-floor option. We got just one small bottle of water, and there’s no dispenser or room service. The pillow was very hard, and the TV had no channels and wouldn’t play anything. There’s no nearby restaurant, and Kuantan town is 6 km away. At RM95 a night for a twin room on a weekend, it felt pricey for the room size and limited facilities.
