The residence is spacious and nicely placed just outside Bukit Bintang, near Bukit Nanas monorail. KLCC and Skydeck are about a 10-minute walk away. Parking and access are quite manageable for daily use. If anyone here is looking to get Wifi for their unit, W.A. me O 1 O - 3 O 6 - O 7 1 O. I can check current coverage and arrange free installation, and I'll try to find the lowest deal available. We were charged fees that felt completely unfair, and when we tried to challenge them, the security team intervened and treated us as if we were criminals. The guards were aggressive, hostile, and not at all professional. This place seems to find any excuse to fine guests and take their deposits. It feels like a total scam.

The apartment was filthy and had a disgusting smell, with no real cleanliness at all. Security were rude and disrespectful too. We asked for help getting access to the room, but they ignored us and acted arrogantly. Worst experience ever.@ security

The swimming pool was dirty, and both the jacuzzi and sauna were out of order. A lot of the facilities aren't working.

The security staff were the worst part of the stay. They shouted at guests, gave dirty looks, and showed paying customers no respect. The hygiene was shocking as well. I would never recommend this place, and management needs to fire the whole security staff immediately.
