The bathroom looked like it hadn’t been washed in months, and the sheets had stains and hair on them. The room was smaller than I expected, and the aircon smelled awful. I called housekeeping, but nobody came. I felt too uneasy to sleep there, and I’m definitely not coming back.

Check-in was simple, and the support team gave clear instructions. The floor felt a little dusty, so cleanliness could be better, but it was okay overall. Thanks again yaa 👍👍❤️

The rooms were terrible, and even getting inside was a difficult process, including payment. The manager wasn’t helpful when we needed assistance checking in. Quite literally the worst accommodation I’ve ever stayed in.

The toilet smelled, and the floor stayed extremely dirty even with regular housekeeping, so I had to keep my slippers on. There were big cockroaches in the ground floor rooms; when I reported them, the housekeeper said, “oh I didn’t see any though.” I was also locked out for hours because the lock battery ran out, and the housekeeper couldn’t come until 5pm that day. Self service hotels aren’t as good as they seem.

The location is good, but they should take cleanliness more seriously. The shower curtains were dirty, and we didn’t feel secure using our ATM or IC card in the power supply slot.
